As Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I look at the whole person, not just at clients’ diets. Not only is it important to eat the right foods, but other aspects such as sleep, stress, family history, exposure to toxins, and physical activity also play a part in overall health.
I used to be a certified personal trainer, but am not currently certified. The good news is that I have teamed up with personal trainer Sean McCombe of Heroic Health & Well-Being. He will come to your home, workplace, condo or apartment gym, or one of his affiliated gym locations in Mississauga. He brings fitness expertise to clients in Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, and Burlington, ON. For an additional fee, he can travel to clients in other cities, such as Georgetown, Acton, Flamborough, West Hamilton, Ancaster, and Dundas.
He has a fun, goal-oriented approach, and provides fully customizable programs for each client. Programs include:
• Weight Loss
• Tone and Sculpt
• Core Stability
• Expecting and New Mothers
If you want to work out with a friend, Heroic Health also offers a Buddy program. When the weather is good, they also have a Bicycle program.
Not sure you’re ready to start a program? Wendy in Dundas says, “Working this summer with Sean has brought me from doing nothing to enjoying working out, and training my body. I never realised how invaluable a good trainer is until I met Sean. With positive motivation and a can-do attitude, I’ve come to really enjoy working out properly, and love the strength and stamina I now have. Will be continuing to train with Sean in the future for possible triathlons.”
Imagine what Sean can do for you.
There’s no better time to improve your health. If you need motivation to help achieve your health goals, I can help you with nutrition and lifestyle changes, and Heroic Health & Well-Being can help get you moving again and help you achieve your fitness goals with a fun, fully customized program.
